    We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst , to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Amsterdam

    Domain Expertise in Business Process Modelling, Business Analysis, System Requirements
    Specification, Demand Management, and Product Management

    Tasks:

    • Engage with business representatives and users and facilitate workshops to gather
    requirements and elicit User Stories
    • Write User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria, and prompt users for additional criteria
    to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Structure requirements/user stories and propose the prioritization of Features
    • Build user journeys/navigation
    • Testing and playing an active role in coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training
    • Support change management activities as needed
    • Daily use of Azure DevOps
    Requirements:
    • Relevant practitioner-level qualifications in the area of business analysis and/or business
    process analysis and/or modeling
    • SAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment)
    • analyzing and improving processes for organizations with more than 500 persons or system
    analysis for a complex IT project (with a complex architectural landscape)
    • Critical thinking and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to listen to users, explain to scrum
    team/developers and document at an appropriate level
    • Capacity to work independently to analyze dependencies, find synergies (e.g. when grouping
    User Stories), and spot any gaps or inconsistencies (missing or erroneous information)
    • Confidence to engage with and obtain the buy-in of business stakeholders
    • Ability to present concisely to technical audiences (architecture) as well as business
    stakeholders
    • Capacity to follow guidelines and ensure coherency between business strategies, enterprise
    architecture, and technology directions, policies, standards, and practices
    Desirable:
    • Document management / Records management systems
    • Azure DevOps
    • Microsoft Dynamics, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365
    • JIRA SDLC
