    Responsibilities
    Principal duties :

    Deployment of Benefit products to customers' servers
    Technical support of existing installations (email and phone support primarily)
    Client guidance in setting up necessary infrastructure to host Benefit products

    Basic Requirements

    Desired skills :



    Windows Server administration
    Microsoft SQL Server administration and querying
    Networking protocols knowledge
    Problem solving mentality
    Good communication skills
    Bsc in Computer Science or related field
