    We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Architect to lead our Test Automation team. The role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, guiding the team utilizing best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

    Responsibilities:
    - Define and implement test automation strategy, methodology and governance across projects
    - Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
    - Integrate test automation solutions with project management and defect tracking tools
    - Lead and mentor the QA automation team, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals
    - Collaborate with development, QA and business teams to ensure quality standards are met
    - Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and processes

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    - Degree in Computer science or equivalent
    - 7+ years of experience in Test Automation Integration, Methodology and Governance
    - Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Gherkin, and Appium
    - Strong knowledge of JIRA and experience integrating automation tools with it
    - Proven experience in large organizations
    - Experience in Functional Testing and/or leading QA teams is considered a plus
    - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
    - Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with complex systems
