    Duties and responsibilities:

    The primary tasks that will make your day more interesting are:

    -Be responsible for the end-to-end design of a high-standard and user-friendly software product
    -Collaborate with experienced UI/UX designers and Technical Software Architects to deliver high-quality development projects
    -Manage the development process and the team members, along with Scrum Masters, to ensure a quick and efficient product launch
    -Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience
    -Monitor and support product lifecycle and oversee distribution to the customers
    -Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants
    -Manage the workflow of the marketing and sales teams


    Απαιτούμενες γνώσεις

    -3+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Architect/Product Manager in ERP Software --development pipeline
    -Ability to develop an ERP Product Roadmap
    -Strong knowledge of Business Analysis Frameworks and Tools
    -Excellent knowledge of various ERPs, CRMs and Ticketing systems
    -Experience working with agile methodology
    -Analytical mindset and Situational Awareness
    -Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
    -Good command of the English Language (written & verbal)

    -Knowledge of Maritime and Shipping would be an additional asset.
