  • Περιγραφή

    We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to work in deploying and configuring various tools and platforms that our company offers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM tools and automation platforms and will be working with the clients and partners during the implementation projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Configure and maintain modules with various tools in the following areas:
    Observability
    Incident Management
    Problem Management
    Change Management
    CMDB
    Asset Management
    Patch Management
    Robotics Process Automation
    • Develop and maintain workflows, scripts and integrations for the above tools
    • Participate in installation, upgrade of tools and platforms, and migration projects
    • Design, develop and implement ETL flows and data integration solutions
    • Perform root cause analysis and proactive system tuning
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles
    • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
    • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards such NIS2, DORA, etc.

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    Must – have skills
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in system engineering or IT operations/DevOps
    • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
    • Good knowledge of SQL and experience with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
    • Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks and tools
    • Proficiency in developing frameworks or scripting languages such as .NET, Python, Angular
    • Good command in English (written and spoken)

    Nice – to – have skills
    • Knowledge and experience with ITSM platform
    • Familiarity with observability platforms, patch management and asset management tools
    • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and security principles
    • ITIL or related certification is a plus

    Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Willingness to learn new tools, methods and technologies
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
