    Role Overview:
    We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of technology projects.

    The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing IT projects from initiation through to completion, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients. Experience in the banking sector, particularly in Core Banking projects and systems, will be considered a strong advantage.

    Responsibilities:
    Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards
    Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and milestones
    Act as the main point of contact and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects and other technical specialists
    Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation actions
    Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and priorities
    Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items
    Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, plans and relevant project deliverables
    Identify and proactively address issues that may affect project delivery
    Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
    Support stakeholder management and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and deliverables


    Requirements & Qualifications:
    Degree in Computer science or Engineering
    5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
    Experience with project planning, risk and issue management, resource coordination and stakeholder management
    Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
    Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
    Good English language competency (written and verbal)

    Nice to Have
    Previous experience in the banking / financial services sector
    Experience with Core Banking systems, banking platforms, or banking transformation projects
    Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or system integration projects
    PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certification
    Technical background or previous experience working closely with software development teams
